Javad Tavakoli Targhi was born in April 1350 in Tehran, Khorasan Square neighborhood. He started elementary school in 1357 at Martej al-Dawlah primary school and finished secondary school at Shahada High School located on Ghiyathi Street. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in judicial law, he succeeded in obtaining a master’s degree in international trade law and a doctorate in public international law from Qom University.

Javad Tavakoli Targhi As a child, due to the employment of his father and brothers, he was familiar with the work of production in the market at the same time as production and trade, and from the summer of 1958, in the workshop belonging to his father and brothers, along with his studies, he learned to work with various industrial devices and some of the time He was engaged in selling the products of the workshop in the market. After completing the holy period of military service, he started producing all kinds of industrial wires in Varamin region.

After several years of experience in production and trade, when the initial preparations for the construction of the factory were completed, he established the Natanz steel company in May 1373 and then launched the first phase of the rebar production plant in the Natanz region. This project was produced and put into operation in 2013. In 1381, this plan was put into production and operation in order to develop the factory in 1383, the second phase of the rebar production line of the branch was opened. In order to complete the production chain and supply raw materials for rolling units, he established the Natanz Iron Smelting Company in September 2010 and then launched the first steel ingot production unit from scrap iron in 2015 and opened it with the presence of the then Minister of Industries.

At the beginning of the rolling units inside the complex, he also developed Zob Ahan Natanz company and in 2013, he put the second phase of steelmaking of Zob Ahan Natanz into operation with the presence of the then minister. Currently, he is busy preparing the preparations for the completion of the steelmaking chain and the construction of concentrate, pellet and sponge iron factories.

He is the managing director of Natanz Steel and Natanz Iron Smelter He is one of the successful Iranian entrepreneurs who, by the grace of God, has been the mediator of the sustenance of the noble workers of this country, who with great suffering and unceasing efforts has succeeded in building the largest steel and iron smelting factory in the country and as the owner of the steel and iron smelting complex. Natanz, along with other shareholders of this complex, believes that with the support of honorable and hardworking personnel of the company, the name of this complex can always shine in the country’s steel industry as a lasting name.
